Merry Christmas Eve

Today was an interesting day. First things first God bless Trents Grandpa (Trentons Great Grandpa) Don he passed away today at 85 years old. Pray for Grandma and Trents mom who will miss him dearly. After all the mourning we went to our friends Dave and Alenas house for dinner. After dinner Trenton opened his Christmas Eve pajamas and then we got ready to go Christmas Carroling. That was interesting. The 15 of us are not very good singers to say the least but it was still fun. Trenton made it to three houses before he fell asleep but was a trooper for sure. I came home with him and put him to bed and Trent is still out. Here are some pics from our night :)

Trent and I enjoying the music at the concert

This girl also sang at the concert, I believe her name was Stephanie Smith she is a Christian music singer if you want to look her up. She had one of the most amazing voices I have EVER heard and I am not kidding! WOW

We went to a Toby Mac concert the other night in Phoenix. Apparently we werent the only ones there :)

Opening a present. He had to taste the paper of course!!

Trenton is so slow at opening presents I let him open a few that came before Christmas, like these adorable Wonder Pets pj's from Aunt Laura

Trenton also requires things on his tray as I feed him, like blankets and camera cases lol

He likes to eat fruit like this, not if i cut it up

Trenton eats pears like a man, one bite at a time!

Meeting santa

Meeting Santa didnt go to well this year. As you can see from blurry photo #1 he was freaking out. So I had to sit down on his lap and then let Trenton sit on mine and then he was fun.
Merry Christmas....

(sorry... now sure why the sound is not working....)

Tonight at Wallgreens Paige located reindeer horn head bands for her and Trenton. Trenton actually loved having it on his head. Paige was dancing to the music so Trenton had to join. Trenton also learned to blow kisses two days ago so they throw in one of those too. I have to say my kids are pretty darn cute. Enjoy!!!

Angel Watching....

My favorite pic!!!

Is definitely more like it!

Last Friday night I got the opportunity to watch my BFF's new little baby girl while her and her hubby went to the movie. I was so excited when they told me they were coming down and even more excited when she said I could watch her tiny one while they went out. I put Trenton to bed a little early so I could have my undevided attention on her.... (lets be honest he was a little jealous on Thanksgiving when I was holding her not him). So anyways she was a perfect angel baby the whole time. The first two hours she was awake and just looking around and happily eating and then she fell asleep and she slept soundly in the bouncy seat while I just layed there thinking about how peaceful she looked, I couldnt help but think how Trenton was the tiny one last year at this time... (they are almost exactly a year apart). Then I thought about how much more skill I had with Jessica then when I watched her older sister Camryn. I had never been so happy to see two people in my entire life. When I watched her while they went to dinner and a movie after she was born she screamed the ENTIRE time. I was ready to freak out. Having been a mom now though I was much more prepared to whip out my bouncy seat, swaddle her in a blanket, rock her just right, ya know, tricks you learn when you are a mom yourself..... so anyways.... enjoy the pics of this tiny precious angel!!!
